HES Beheer, formed in 1908, is a holding company for providers of logistical services in ports. These services focus mainly on storage, transhipment and processing of a varied package of dry bulk products for industrial end-users. Examples include raw materials for the energy market, the steel and aluminium industry and the food industry. On a modest scale, the company also takes part in liquid bulk activities (vegetable oils) and agencies. The main concentration of HES Beheer's activities is in the Netherlands. There is also a group company in the UK.
HES Beheer is an independent two-tier company. Shares in HES Beheer have been listed on the Official Market of Euronext Amsterdam N.V. since 19 June 1992.
